The vicar of the Khust Eparchy blessed the construction of a new bell tower at the Seraphim Skete in Transcarpathia.

Bishop Mark of Rakhiv performed the rite of consecration of the site for the construction of a bell tower at the Holy Seraphim Men's Skete, reports the Khust Eparchy.

The vicar of the Khust Eparchy led the rite by the blessing of Metropolitan Mark of Khust and Vynohradiv. The clergy and the brethren of the monastery offered prayers for the blessing of the future construction works, the strengthening of the skete's brethren, and all participants in the building project.

After the completion of the consecration rite, Bishop Mark addressed those present with a speech. The hierarch expressed his wish that the new bell tower would call the faithful to prayer and remind them of their spiritual unity with God.

Previously, the UOJ reported that a UOC hierarch consecrated a new bell tower in the village of Bukovo in Transcarpathia.
