Clergy and youth of Oleksandriia Eparchy take part in bike ride
Clergy and young people took part in a recreational bike ride between churches of the Oleksandriia Eparchy.
The Oleksandriia Eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church held a bike ride bringing together clergy and Orthodox youth.
The group ride began at the Church of the Holy Martyr Tatiana and ended at the Church of St. Sergius of Radonezh. Participants included Archpriest Vasyl Mazurok, dean of the Znamianka District; Archpriest Vitalii Obeziuk, rector of the Church of the Protection of the Mother of God; Priest Heorhii Kolebidenko, rector of the Church of the Archangel Michael in the village of Pantaziivka; and Priest Vadym Bezriadin, rector of the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord in the village of Pantaivka.
At the end of the ride, all participants received commemorative gifts. The eparchy noted that events like this give young people an opportunity not only to grow stronger in their faith, but also to socialize, make new friends, and take part in good works together.
As the UOJ previously reported, UOC eparchies held summer camps and theological gatherings for young people.
