Davyd Pshenychnyi, a radical who opposes the UOC, was photographed wearing clothing by Svastone, a brand that describes itself as pagan.

Footage has appeared online showing radical activist Davyd Pshenychnyi, who has staged provocations and targeted lawyers and believers of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, wearing Svastone clothing featuring Nazi and pagan symbols. The images were reported by the Pershyi Kozatskyi Telegram channel.

UOC lawyer Archpriest Nikita Chekman reported that the legal team was blocked inside a café during an air raid alert and subjected to attempts at physical intimidation.

In the photo, Pshenychnyi is wearing a sweater whose logo features a stylized swastika. The garment also bears the German phrase “Sonne Mit Uns” (“The Sun Is with Us”), a modified version of a German military slogan, surrounded by an image of the Nazi-associated “Black Sun” symbol.

Svastone, meanwhile, describes itself as a pagan brand and states in its description that it is a “company of Perun.”

Pshenychnyi previously took part in the forcible seizure of St. Michael’s Cathedral of the UOC in Cherkasy, during which he fired a gun at believers. He also regularly appears outside courthouses, where he stages provocations and threatens UOC lawyers and parishioners.

As the UOJ previously reported, Pshenychnyi called on concerned citizens to make their own contribution to the proceedings against the UOC Kyiv Metropolia.
