DESS is launching separate proceedings against UOC eparchies, monasteries, and institutions while the case involving the Kyiv Metropolia is still pending.

According to the human rights defender, the court hearing was postponed because the case materials will be sent to the Supreme Court for consideration of the Kyiv Metropolis's appeal.

The lawyer also thanked the faithful for their spiritual support. "Thank you all for your prayers and support. We are moving forward," the lawyer summed up.

Earlier, the UOJ reported that the Supreme Court has opened proceedings on the complaint of the Kyiv Metropolis of the UOC.
