Representatives of Jewish, Muslim, Catholic, and OCU communities held an ecumenical prayer service for Ukraine in Kyiv.

The event, marking Chaplain's Day, took place in a church within the Zaporizhzhian Sich historical and cultural complex. The joint service, attended by representatives of various denominations, was led by OCU chaplain Viktor Tkach and included a special prayer for Ukraine.

The Zaporizhzhia City Council noted that despite belonging to different denominations and military units, the chaplains are united in their service to Ukrainian troops.

As the UOJ previously reported, the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations (UCCRO) called on President Zelensky to officially establish Military Chaplain's Day in Ukraine.
