UOC priest blesses new equipment at Kamianske city hospital
Archpriest Dionysiy Pankov blessed X-ray rooms and an MRI machine at the Kamyanske city hospital.
A cleric of the Kamyanske Eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church blessed X-ray rooms and an MRI machine at City Hospital No. 8 in Kamianske. The rite of blessing was performed on October 27, 2026, by Archpriest Dionysiy Pankov, rector of the Church of the Holy Martyrs Faith, Hope, Love and their mother Sophia, reports the press service of the UOC eparchy.
After the prayer and the sprinkling of the premises with holy water, Father Dionysius addressed the doctors and medical staff of the hospital. He wished them wisdom and the Lord's help.
According to the priest, the mission of medical workers is to look after people's health and detect illnesses in time. This helps save lives and gives patients hope for a healthy and happy future.
As the UOJ reported, in Kamyanske, the rector of a UOC church at a medical center blessed ambulances.
