Head of the Albanian Orthodox Church called the UOC KP actions diabolic
Providing his comments with regard to violent actions of the UOC KP, Anastasius stated, “There has always been confrontation in the world. Self-absorption, individualism and many other things. But this self-centeredness has nothing to do with Jesus Christ and His Word. Thus, an antidote for self-absorption and vanity is to turn up love between humans. One has to encourage people to be patient and hopeful making the arrival of peaceful days a reality”.
Speaking about the leader of the UOC KP Patriarch Philaret, the archbishop told he remembers him as a person with the bizarre outlook. According to the archbishop, Philaret appears unfortunately as an “anti-role model” for the society. “The Orthodox Church can demonstrate exemplary personalities, however, regretfully, there are also erratic minds like this”, noted Anastasius.
