With the blessing of Metropolitan Theodore of Mukachevo and Uzhhorod, the medical institution was visited by Archpriest Antony Pechunka and Archpriest George Burch. The clergymen served a moleben and offered prayers for the health of the medical staff and all patients undergoing treatment at the center.
The clerics prayed for everyone who suffers from illness and for those who make daily efforts to preserve human lives. The priests wished the doctors strength, wisdom, and patience in their responsible ministry, and the sick – a speedy recovery and spiritual support.
Earlier, the UOJ wrote that in Transcarpathia, UOC faithful helped equip a hospital children's ward.
