KyivPride announces the organisation of LGBT march in Kyiv in June
“Last year we brought Pride back to Kyiv. This year we want to say: it's not going anywhere!” assure the gay parade organisers.
In June this year, LGBT activists plan to hold a new Pride march in Kyiv. This was announced on the KyivPride LGBT community’s Facebook page.
“And when will there be Pride? Last year we brought Pride back to Kyiv. This year we want to say: it's not going anywhere!” the organisers wrote.
They said they plan to hold a “charity festival” on 7 and 8 June, and the KyivPride March on 14 June.
According to the organisers of the Pride marches in Ukraine, they are preparing "something special" this year. Details will be shared later.
