Students of Kyiv Theological Schools deliver gifts to cancer children
Students of the KDAiS congratulated the patients of the oncology department of the Cancer Institute on the upcoming Christmas.
Students of the Kyiv Theological Academy and Seminary visited the children's oncology department of the National Cancer Institute on December 26, 2025, before the Christmas holidays. This was reported by the KDAiS ress service.
The students congratulated the children on the upcoming feast of the Nativity of Christ and performed carols and Christmas poems. The young patients received illustrated books from the Orthodox publishing houses Chado and Blaholiubie, as well as festive gift sets prepared by the pupils of the Sunday school affiliated with the KDAiS.
The visit took place with the blessing of Archbishop Sylvester of Bilohorodka, the rector of the Academy.
Parents and medical staff expressed sincere gratitude to the students for their attention, care, and the festive mood they brought.
As reported by the UOJ, the UOC Social Department delivered gifts to Okhmatdyt patients.
