Participants of the youth forum of the Lviv Eparchy of the UOC in the Carpathians spoke about faith, historical heritage, and the challenges of the modern world.

From February 2 to 4, 2026, a youth forum was held in the Carpathians, timed to coincide with Orthodox Youth Day and organized by the Lviv Eparchy of the UOC, reports the UOC Information Center on Facebook.

The event was prepared by the Department of Religious Education, Catechesis and Missionary Work and took place with the blessing of Metropolitan Filaret of Lviv and Galicia. Young believers from various parishes of the eparchy participated in the forum.

Over several days, participants discussed spiritual topics, reflected on the personality of Christ, and took part in joint prayer. Special attention was given to questions of faith in the context of modern challenges and the role of youth in church life.

In addition to the spiritual program, the forum included creative and educational activities. The youth became acquainted with the history of Ukraine, spoke about the importance of health care, and had the opportunity to spend meaningful time in fellowship and joint activities.

Earlier, the UOJ wrote that a carol festival and a youth forum were held in Vinnytsia.
