In Russia, an LGBT group killed a member for deciding to become straight
The victim announced his intention to leave the group and pursue a relationship with a girl – after which his accomplices lured him to a deserted place and stabbed him to death.
An LGBT group killed a young man in Omsk after he announced his break with their ideology. This was reported by the Telegram channel Mash.
According to investigators, the group members met online and deliberately relocated to Omsk from Yekaterinburg and Saint Petersburg. When the young man declared that he no longer shared the group's views and intended to pursue a relationship with a girl, his associates decided to kill him. The victim was lured to a deserted location, bound, and stabbed multiple times in the neck and chest. According to sources, the group members believed that the victim had personally betrayed them by his decision.
Among the accomplices are three girls and three young men. All suspects, aged between 20 and 25, have been detained and taken into custody. A criminal case has been opened in connection with the murder.
As the UOJ reported, in the United States the first openly transgender legislator was sentenced for child molestation.
