Forum for UOC clergy wives to be held in Kyiv
At the forum, wives of UOC clergymen will discuss family life, Church ministry, health, and ways to overcome spiritual burnout.
On July 29–30, 2026, Kyiv will host the All-Ukrainian Forum for Wives of Clergymen of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, according to the Facebook page “All-Ukrainian Forum for Wives of UOC Clergymen.”
Clergy wives from different UOC eparchies are invited to attend. Organizers are offering participants two days in a warm and supportive atmosphere among women who understand the particular demands of their family vocation, Church ministry, and daily challenges. The program will include lectures, candid discussions, practical workshops, and informal fellowship.
Clergymen, psychologists, doctors, lawyers, financial specialists, and other experts will share their experience with participants. Topics will include preserving the family in times of crisis, overcoming spiritual burnout, helping loved ones struggling with addiction, abuse, or infidelity, and defending churches and parish communities.
The forum will also address cybersecurity, financial literacy, family health, church floristry, the establishment of Sunday schools, and parish social ministry. Question-and-answer sessions, exchanges of experience, and opportunities to make new connections are also planned.
The forum will take place at the Church of the Synaxis of the Glorious and All-Praised Twelve Apostles at 1 Vynohradna Street. Advance registration is required.
