On Feast of the Theophany of Our Lord, festive Liturgy celebrated at Lavra

On January 19, 2024, the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord, Metropolitan Anthony of Boryspil and Brovary led the festive liturgy at the St. Agapitus Church of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, reports a UOJ correspondent.

Metropolitan Anthony was concelebrated by Metropolitan Ioasaph of Vasylkiv, Metropolitan Philaret of Lviv and Galicia, Bishop Mark of Borodianka, and the clergy of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.

Approximately five hundred believers of the UOC attended the festive Liturgy.

After the liturgy, Metropolitan Anthony performed the Great Blessing of Waters, which was sprinkled on the believers present in the church.

As reported, on 19 January, "Theophany" became the most popular search query on the Internet.
