New parishes of UOC start operating in Germany

With the blessing of His Beatitude Onuphry Metropolitan of Kyiv and All the Ukraine, two communities of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church began to function in the federal lands of Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia (Germany), reports the DECR UOC.

In Halberstadt, Saxony-Anhalt, services are held in the community of the Holy Myrrh-Bearers on Saturdays at 10:00 am at the Liebfrauenkirche, Domplatz 46, 38820.

In Dingelstedt, Thuringia, services are held on Sundays at 10:00 a.m. at Familienzentrum Kloster Kerbscher Berg, Kefferhäuser Str. 24, 37351, Dingelstädt.

Archpriest Eugene Petrenko, a clergyman of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, is in charge of the newly established congregations.

As reported, a parish of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church was opened in Denmark.
