Anglican Archbishopess does not comment on RCC's ban on female priesthood

Information that Archbishop Sarah Mullally of Canterbury called the ban on female priesthood in the RCC an "injustice" turned out to be fake. This was reported to the editorial office by Martin Brown, a cleric of the RCC from the Vatican Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity, with reference to the corresponding publication by the UOC.
He emphasized that the original source, posted on the Life Site News resource, contained dishonest editing that distorted Mullally's words. "The claim that the Archbishop of Canterbury called the Catholic position regarding women and ordination an 'injustice' is completely false," Martin Brown told the UOJ editorial office.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that Pope Leo prayed with an Anglican archbishopess and called Christians to unity.
