Peter I
In the post office of the Podol district of the Ukrainian capital, a mural depicting Peter I has been "decommunized", Klim Bratkovsky, a lawyer, a blogger and the chairman of the NGO Free Movement, reports on his Facebook page on June 15.

The painting shows the presentation of the project for the construction of the Kiev fortress to Peter I.

Bratkovsky published pictures of the post office. In one photo, the fresco is still on the wall, in the other it is already missing.

Post office № 71 is located at 8 Konstantinovskaya St., near the "Peter the Great's house", an architectural monument of the turn of XVII-XVIII centuries. "As a postal worker told me, someone complained about the image of Peter I," wrote Bratkovsky.
