The court hearing in the case on the liquidation of the Kyiv Metropolia of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church has been postponed indefinitely due to the case materials being sent to the Supreme Court, reports the UOC lawyer Archpriest Nikita Chekman on his Telegam channel.
According to the human rights defender, the court hearing was postponed because the case materials will be sent to the Supreme Court for consideration of the Kyiv Metropolia's appeal.
The lawyer also thanked the faithful for their spiritual support. "Thank you all for your prayers and support. We are moving forward," the lawyer summed up.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that the Supreme Court has opened proceedings on the complaint of the Kyiv Metropolia of the UOC.
