Nikolaev authorities want to ban access to cemeteries on memorial days

Nikolaev city authorities are going to attract the police to keep people out of cemeteries during the memorial days due to the coronavirus.
On March 27, 2020, Mayor of Nikolaev Alexander Senkevich said that the mayor's office may appeal to the police to prevent people from going to cemeteries on memorial days due to the spread of coronavirus, reports "Strana”.
"The police will not allow people to go to cemeteries if there's such a decision. Do not worry, the cemeteries will not go anywhere," said the mayor of Nikolaev and added that residents should not visit cemeteries despite the memorial days.
